Giving Internal Medicine Physicians Online Appeal

NCMA’s Santa Rosa Internal Medicine Physicians diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of health conditions – everything from health screenings to gastroenterology to women’s health. This group of busy physicians all require constant monitoring of online profiles and submitted reviews to help ensure that their visibility and status as providers continues to rank above the competition.

Challenges

JB Communications was given the challenge of implementing a reputation management program for this group of providers that includes bringing all profiles up to speed as well as initiating strategic new profiles on select sites for physicians who may have lacked an online presence.

Solutions

We began work immediately to take over management of all existing online profile platforms for this group including Yelp, Healthgrades, Ucompare.com, Linkedin, Vitals and Google. This process included making corrections to outdated information, adding current photos, making updates to practice information and generating links to their profiles on the NCMA website, as well as monitoring and managing reviews submitted by the public.

Results

The SRIM reputation management program has proven to be highly successful. Our efforts continue to raise the visibility of each of the providers as well as elevating scores of the doctors and the practice on physician reviews site to at or above industry standards. This in turn has also led to more patient referrals and a positive online image.
