Taking Santa Rosa Head & Neck to the Next Level

Santa Rosa Head and Neck Surgical Group (SRHN) of 11 physicians and healthcare providers all have extensive expertise in the medical and surgical treatment of patients with a wide variety of disorders of the head and neck.

Challenges

JB Communications was given the challenge of implementing a reputation management program for this group of providers. This work presented a challenge since the vast majority of them had neglected to manage their professional profiles on review sites and as a result several had fallen well below standard industry ratings.

Solutions

We began work immediately to take over management of all the online profile platforms for this group including Yelp, Healthgrades, Ucompare.com, Linkedin, Vitals and Google. This process including making corrections to outdated information, adding current photos, making updates to practice information and generating links to their profiles on the NCMA website, as well as monitoring and managing reviews submitted by the public.

Results

The SRHN reputation management program has proven to be highly successful. Our efforts continue to raise the visibility of each of the providers as well as elevating scores of the doctors – and the practice – on physician reviews site to at or above industry standards. This in turn has also led to more patient referrals and a positive online image.
